The Rise of the Soulpreneurs

Further to my bipolar diagnosis, in 2013 I began a new spiritual and wellbeing journey which would aid my recovery further.

Thank you Facebook, is all I can say.

Social Media may have its down side however it can help you harness the power of connection with great success. Through Facebook I met and became friends with someone who would lead me to some of the most influential thought leaders of our time, new friends, new tools and practices (which have enhanced my life beyond anything I could have dreamed of), and of course the creation of this site.

Through my new Facebook buddy I learnt about meditation, crystals and reiki. I then went on to meet my healer, who has become a cherished friend. From reading the likes of Gabby Bernstein, Kriss Carr, and umpteen Australian spiritual rockstars, I went on to start my own website and find a tribe here in the UK. It has been so exciting to see this group of remarkable women flourish and shine over the past couple of years. The London spiritual scene has grown considerably and it has been a joy to witness.

Here is the A-Z of my journey (so far.)
